We normally require a 48-hour notice for orders and cancellations. However, during peak times (holidays, graduations, ect.) services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, so please call well in advance of your event.
How much food will I need...is perhaps The Back Alley's most frequently asked question. For deli salads, we recommend purchasing 1/3 to 1/2 pound per person.
It's more complicated when you're having a party. Many questions need to be answered: time of day, length of party and type of party. Consult our catering menu where we note how many people each platter serves. The amount of people each platter serves increases with the amount and variety of platters ordered.
