We normally require a 48-hour notice for all orders and cancellations. However during peak times (holidays, graduation, etc.) services are provided on a first-come first-served basis, so please call in well in advance of your event.

How much food will I need... is perhaps The Back Alley's most frequently asked question. For deli salads, we recommend purchasing 1/3 to 1/2 pound per person.

It's more complicated when you're having a party. Many questions need to be answered: time of day, length of party and type of party. Consult our catering menu where we note how many people each platter serves. The amount of people each platter serves increases with the amount of and variety of platters ordered.
